INSIDE the 'GABBIANO'
The tower, convent and adjacent farmhouses are suddivided into 14 apartments,
each with its own private entrance, kitchen and bathroom.
The cost per person, per day is L.50.000.
Included in the price are: linen, electricity, gas, water, pool, garden furniture, ping-pong, parking, library with books in 3 languages and a panoramic terrace-bar with music on the week-end.

Our reception provides also for group packages up to 50 persons. Overnight stay includes transportation by bus to and from the Rome-Fiumicino airport and meals for the price of L.120.000 per person, per day.
Included in the price are the spaces in common: TV with satellite antenna, common kitchen.

The GABBIANO offers the following: information in 5 languages, courtesy, professionality, ten years experience with study, work groups and courses, catering and organization for banquets, anniversaries, weddings or private parties, sale of local wine and olive oil, delicious economic restaurant 3 minutes away, public telefone, the use of Internet or Fax, organization of weekly courses in a variety of subjects, including weaving, ceramic, Italian, hang gliding and Laughter.

How to arrive on your own:

         By BUS: Rome Airport - Bus from Prenestino station at 16:00 to Gubbio, arriving at the Mengara Stop
                       at 19:00 where we transport you 3 Km. to the Gabbiano.

         By CAR: take the A1 Autostrada Rome - Firenze - exit at Orte coming from Rome
                                                                                             exit at Valdichiana coming from Florence
                        take the Superstrada towards Cesena - exit at Bosco-Gubbio, 11 Km before Gubbio you'll see a
                        sign on your right Valdichiascio and a sign with a Seagull (Gabbiano) on it, turn right and follow
                        the paved road 3 Kms to the entrance of the Gabbiano.

         Autostrada coming from Bologna-Ancona - exit at Fano, take the Superstrada from Rome-Perugia, 11 Kms
         past Gubbio, the Valdichiascio signs will be on your left.
